By registering, accessing, browsing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Bombay Casting Company is a digital talent and casting platform designed to help connect:

Actors
Actresses
Models
Influencers
Content creators
Singers
Dancers
Other entertainment professionals

with potential:

Casting directors
Production houses
Advertising agencies
Brands
Talent agencies
Event companies
Filmmakers
Web-series producers
Television production companies
Other industry professionals

The Platform provides tools for creating talent profiles, discovering opportunities, submitting applications and facilitating communication between talent and potential casting or hiring parties.

Bombay Casting Company does not guarantee that any user will receive an audition, casting opportunity, employment, contract, project, income or selection.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The information provided by you is accurate and current.
You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You will comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
You will not impersonate another person.
You will not create fraudulent or misleading profiles.

Where a user is a minor, use of the Platform and participation in casting opportunities must be subject to applicable law and the involvement/consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Account Registration

Certain Platform features may require registration.

You may be required to provide information including:

Name
Mobile number
Email address
Date of birth/age
City
Profile photograph
Professional information
Other information required to create your talent profile

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted to the Platform is accurate.

You must not:

Create an account using another person's identity.
Create multiple fraudulent accounts.
Provide false professional credentials.
Use another person's photographs without authorization.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

4. Talent Profiles

Users may create professional profiles containing information such as:

Photographs
Videos
Portfolio
Biography
Acting/modeling experience
Skills
Height and professional measurements
Languages
Location
Social media profiles
Audition material
Other professional information

You authorize Bombay Casting Company to display your submitted professional profile information to relevant Platform users and industry professionals according to the functionality and visibility settings of the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all content uploaded by you.

5. Casting Opportunities

The Platform may display casting calls, auditions, jobs, campaigns, projects or other opportunities submitted by third parties.

Such opportunities may be provided by:

Production houses
Casting directors
Advertising agencies
Brands
Talent agencies
Event companies
Filmmakers
Other organizations or individuals

Bombay Casting Company may not be the employer, producer, casting director or contracting party for every opportunity listed on the Platform.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

The final decision regarding auditions, selection, remuneration, contracts and project participation may be made solely by the relevant casting or hiring party.

6. No Guarantee of Casting or Employment

IMPORTANT: Bombay Casting Company does not guarantee that any talent will be selected for a casting opportunity.

The Company does not guarantee:

Auditions
Call-backs
Selection
Employment
Modeling assignments
Acting roles
Brand campaigns
Income
Minimum number of opportunities
Any particular project
Any particular remuneration

A paid subscription or premium membership does not constitute a promise or guarantee of casting or employment.

7. Third-Party Casting Professionals

Casting professionals, production companies, agencies, brands and other third parties may interact with users through or in connection with the Platform.

The Company does not guarantee the identity, reputation, financial position, professional conduct or legitimacy of every third party.

Users should exercise reasonable caution before:

Travelling for auditions
Sharing sensitive information
Signing contracts
Paying third parties
Accepting employment
Attending private locations
Sharing financial information

Users should independently verify the identity and credentials of a third party where appropriate.

8. Fraud and Misrepresentation

Users must not use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activities.

Prohibited activities include:

Fake casting calls
Fake auditions
Impersonation
Identity theft
Fraudulent job offers
Financial scams
Misleading advertisements
Unauthorized collection of money
Sexual exploitation
Harassment
Threats
Extortion
Unauthorized use of photographs
Misrepresentation of professional credentials

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.

Where appropriate, suspected illegal activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Payments and Paid Services

Bombay Casting Company may offer paid services including:

Premium memberships
Talent subscriptions
Profile promotion
Featured listings
Premium visibility
Other digital services

Prices, subscription periods and applicable taxes will be displayed before payment.

The Company may use third-party payment gateways to process payments.

Payment information may be processed by the applicable payment service provider according to its terms and privacy policy.

The Company does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords on its own servers.

10. Subscription Terms

Where a subscription is purchased:

The subscription will provide the features described at the time of purchase.
Subscription duration will be displayed before payment.
Subscription benefits may change where reasonably necessary to improve the Platform.
A subscription does not guarantee casting or employment.
Users are responsible for reviewing the subscription price and duration before purchasing.
Applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the displayed base price where required.

If subscriptions are automatically renewed through a third-party billing system, renewal terms will be displayed before purchase and will be governed by the applicable billing provider's rules.

11. Refund and Cancellation

Payments for digital services may be subject to the Company's Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

Refund requests must be submitted through the designated support channel.
Refund eligibility may depend on the service purchased, usage of the service and applicable law.
Completed digital services may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be investigated.
Where a refund is approved, the amount may be returned through the original payment method or another permitted method.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

12. Platform Fees

You retain ownership of your original content.

However, by uploading content to the Platform, you grant Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform and provide its services.

This licence continues for as long as the content remains on the Platform and may continue for limited periods where necessary for backups, legal compliance or legitimate business records.

You represent that:

You own or have permission to use the content.
The content does not infringe third-party rights.
The content does not violate applicable law.
The content is not fraudulent or misleading.

14. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload or distribute content that:

Is unlawful.
Is defamatory.
Is fraudulent.
Contains malware.
Infringes copyright or trademark rights.
Violates another person's privacy.
Contains unauthorized personal information.
Promotes exploitation or trafficking.
Contains sexual exploitation of minors.
Encourages violence or criminal activity.
Impersonates another person.
Is intended to scam or deceive users.
Violates applicable Platform policies.

The Company may remove content that violates these Terms.

15. Professional Conduct

Users must interact respectfully with other users and industry professionals.

The following conduct is prohibited:

Harassment
Threats
Bullying
Stalking
Abuse
Discrimination
Unwanted sexual communications
Extortion
Fraud
Repeated unwanted contact

The Company may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in such activities.

16. Auditions and Meetings

Users should exercise reasonable safety precautions when attending auditions, meetings or production locations.

Bombay Casting Company does not guarantee the safety, conduct or identity of every person participating in an audition or meeting.

Users should consider:

Verifying the organizer.
Sharing location details with a trusted person.
Avoiding suspicious requests.
Avoiding unnecessary sharing of sensitive personal information.
Refusing requests that appear unsafe or inappropriate.
Reporting suspicious activity to the Platform.

17. Intellectual Property

The Bombay Casting Company name, logo, design, software, graphics, interface, text, trademarks and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Platform materials without prior written permission.

User-generated content remains the property of the respective user or rights holder, subject to the licence granted under these Terms.

18. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services including:

Payment gateways
SMS/OTP providers
Cloud hosting
Analytics
Authentication providers
Notification services
Advertising platforms
Social media services

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

The Company is not responsible for independent services provided by third parties.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

22. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may temporarily become unavailable because of:

Maintenance
Software updates
Server problems
Network failures
Cybersecurity incidents
Third-party service failures
Force majeure events
Government restrictions
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

23. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.

The Company does not guarantee:

Accuracy of every casting listing.
Accuracy of information submitted by users.
Selection for any casting.
Employment.
Income.
Availability of specific projects.
Availability of third-party services.
Continuous Platform availability.
Results from using the Platform.

Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions with third parties.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

Use of the Platform.
Inability to use the Platform.
Third-party conduct.
Casting decisions.
Rejection from opportunities.
Loss of employment.
Loss of expected income.
Unauthorized conduct of third parties.
User-generated content.
Third-party payment services.
Technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, officers, contractors and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your unlawful use of the Platform.
Your user-generated content.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Your fraudulent or misleading conduct.
Your interactions with other users or third parties.

26. Changes to the Platform

The Company may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any Platform feature.

Changes may include:

New features
Removal of features
Pricing changes
Subscription changes
Interface changes
Technical changes
Changes to casting functionality

We may provide notice of material changes where required.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The updated Terms will include a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

29. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into the Platform, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of Bombay Casting Company.
